                                                  How It Works

Sweet/Candy buffets  include the following:

Sweets/Candy selection,  scoops,  striped paper bags,  jar rental either glass, or non breakable containers i.e. plastic/acrylic.  These are more suitable when there are a lot of children present.  Sweet/candy table poem, display set up/take down next day if needed.(Sheffield free delivery.)                  

Near surrounding area delivery charge will apply.)

Free consultation to discuss your sweet/candy buffet theme and colour. This  can be colour co-ordinated to the theme of your Wedding or other celebration.

 Remember
it is important to find out if any of your guests have peanut or fruit allergies before deciding on your sweets/candy.

Candy buffet glassware for hire. Different types available. Prices on application. 

Plus breakage/damage deposit dependant upon number of glassware hired.

Fully returnable if all glassware in exactly the same condition as taken from our premises. Any breakages or lost items will be taken out of the deposit.

Childrens candy buffet.   Minimum order 20 guests £1.90 each.

For this option we choose the sweets, sweets to be chosen suitable for the ages of the children. The containers will also be plastic barrels,  plastic containers  and paper plates. The buffet includes everything that the other buffets include. Paper striped bags. Scoops, spoons or tongues. Enough sweets to keep the children happy.

Prices below include the hire of our containers,      sweets/candy, striped paper bags, and scoops plus a tiered cupcake stand for the cupcakes. Delivery and set up "Sheffield Only"

 Please note all stands and glassware are the property of Crafty Creations. Therefore a £110 cash deposit has to be paid prior to the setting up of any buffet. This is for any breakages that may occur or missing items. This is fully refundable providing all glassware, containers stands etc are all in the same condition as when set up. If not the price of broken or missing items will be taken from the deposit.

Terms and conditions for Candy Buffet

Quality: I ensure that the quality of all confectionaries is in top condition upon arrival, however, I cannot guarantee the hygiene of the products after the start of your event.

Variations:  All items are subject to availability. It is very unusual for a product not to be available, but in the event this occurs, we reserve the right to alter the product accordingly. Products will be replaced with the best equivalent possible.

Disposal of Candy: All snacks and candies left at the end of the function, are to be removed by yourselves,  after all you have paid for the candy, so it would be a shame for it to be thrown away. Otherwise we will dispose of  leftover candy when we collect our glassware next day. Under no circumstances is candy re-used by ourselves, so therefore it is in your best interest to let your guests take home anything leftover at the end of the evening.

Damaged/Missing Equipment:  Please be advised that if a buffet server/attendant  is not hired to maintain the buffet for your event, you are essentially renting our equipment to display your candy and snacks. Therefore if any jars, dishes, bowls, serving ware, scoops etc are damaged, broken or stolen,  replacement of the item(s) will be taken out of the damage deposit £60  for Candy Buffets and £110 for Candy Buffets & Cupcake Towers,  which is fully returnable providing everything is in the same condition as when set up.

Payment:  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to the event along with the damage deposit.  Receipts will be given for all money exchanged.

Buffet Attendants:  are hired at the hourly rate of £12.00 per attendant.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payments are not made on time allowing other clients to reserve the date.

Any events booked within 21 days prior to the event, the total amount is due.  Only cash will be accepted at this time
